Mike Ellingworth Parratt-WolffMike Ellingworth began his career with Parratt-Wolff in 1976. He assumed increasingly responsible positions in the company and became President in 2001. Over these years he has been involved in every facet of environmental, geotechnical and remedial drilling projects. His duties encompass the overall management of company operations. Mike is a certified by the NGWA, a senior well driller with the NDA, and is a licensed driller in several states.

Bill Morrow Parratt-WolffBill Morrow started at Parratt-Wolff as a senior project manager in 1993, following stints as a hydrogeologist with consulting firms in the northeast. Bill is now Vice President of Parratt Wolff and manager of the Lewisburg, Pennsylvania office. He completed his B.S. in Geology at Bucknell University and his M.A. at SUNY Oneonta. His consulting experience includes management of municipal water supply projects, wellhead protection studies and hazardous waste remediation work. At Parratt Wolff, Bill’s responsibilities cover cost estimating, project management, marketing and providing technical service to clients. He has also provided training classes to numerous professional organizations, colleges and universities. Bill is a certified well driller with the NGWA and a licensed driller in Vermont and New York state.

Todd Muench Parratt-WolffTodd Muench joined Parratt-Wolff in 1992, after serving in the U.S. Army Airborne Infantry. He is a Panama (Just Cause) and 1st Gulf War (Desert Storm) veteran. His initial duties concerned the maintenance of drilling equipment and inventory management. He progressively assumed the roles of fleet manager and operations manager. Todd’s current role is the operations manager of the North Carolina office. He is responsible for daily operations and fleet maintenance. He is a NGWA certified well driller/pump installer, licensed driller in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and holds the corporate class A drilling/ business license for the state of Virginia.

peplingSean Pepling started at Parratt-Wolff as a Project Manager in 2007, and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2011. He holds a B.S. in Geology from SUNY College at Cortland. Prior to Parratt-Wolff, Sean had over 14 years experience managing and performing remedial investigations, site assessments and landfill closure investigations. Sean is a licensed professional geologist, is a member of the Association of Groundwater Scientists and Engineers and the Central New York Association of Professional Geologists. Sean is a certified well driller with the NGWA and a licensed driller in New Jersey, Massachusetts and New York state.

Danylo Kulczycky Parratt-WolffDanylo Kulczycky “DK” began at Parratt-Wolff in 2007 as an Assistant Project Manager. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2011. DK has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Bucknell University. He is a member of the Central New York Association of Professional Geologists. DK is a certified well driller with the NGWA and a licensed driller in New Jersey and New York state. His duties include cost estimation, project management and technical services.

Preston Simmons Parratt-WolffPreston Simmons joined Parratt-Wolff as the company’s corporate Health & Safety Director in 2007. He manages various aspects of our jobs from developing and reviewing site-specific health & safety plans, incorporating field assessments, preventative measures and hazards associated with the project scope of work, in addition to ensuring that all field personnel have completed the necessary safety training required. He holds a degree in Environmental Compliance / Safety Management and a Certification in Operation of Wastewater Treatment Plant. Preston also served as a Battalion Safety Officer in the U.S. Army. Among various specialized industry training, Preston is also a Certified Loss Prevention System and American Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED Instructor.

GEllingworthGary Ellingworth began at Parratt-Wolff in 2002 as a Drillers Helper and has assumed increasingly responsible roles until his most recent promotion to the Project Manager for the North Carolina office. Gary is licensed in Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina. His duties include cost estimation, project management and technical services. Prior to Parratt Wolff, Gary had previous experience in water treatment plant operations.

WHackettWill Hackett joined Parratt-Wolff as a Project Manager in 2016. He completed his B.S. in Geology at St. Lawrence University and his M.S. at the University of Vermont. Prior to joining Parratt-Wolff, Will worked in the environmental consulting industry for six years and spent a year teaching geology at Norwich University.  He is a member of the Geological Society of America and the Central New York Association Of Professional Geologists.  Will’s duties at Parratt-Wolff include cost estimation and project management.
