 Bill Morrow started at Parratt-Wolff as
a senior project manager in 1993, following stints as a hydrogeologist with consulting firms in the
northeast. He completed his B.S. in Geology at Bucknell University and his M.A. at SUNY
Oneonta. His consulting experience includes management of municipal water
supply projects, wellhead protection studies and hazardous waste
remediation work. At Parratt-Wolff, Bill's responsibilities cover cost
estimating, project management, marketing and providing technical service
to clients. Bill is a certified well driller with the NGWA and a licensed
driller in the state of New
