Joel Parratt has been at Parratt-Wolff
since 2000. He graduated from SUNY Plattsburg with a geology degree and
began his career with a local engineering consulting firm. There he
worked as a project manager on environmental site assessments,
geotechnical subsurface investigations, groundwater remediation projects
and various permitting plan preparations. Joel's work at Parratt-Wolff
involves everything from proposal and report preparation to office management.
